No, the ULTRAVOOM app does not require a subscription. However, in the future, some new features may be offered as an optional one-time purchase if you choose to unlock additional tools.

Q2. How does the purchase process work if I don’t know my ring size?

If you already know your size, simply choose your ring size and color, then place your order. If you don’t know your size, select the Sizing Kit option instead. Your payment will still cover the full ring price, but you’ll receive the sizing kit first. Once you’ve found your correct size, you can confirm it using the link sent to your email or by visiting the Confirm Size page on our website and confirming your size.

I know my size

Cut a strip of paper long enough to fit around your index finger.

Wrap the paper around the finger for a natural fit, not too tight. Aim for a comfortable yet snug fit.

Use a pen to mark the point where the paper overlaps.

Straighten the paper strip and measure the length from tip to pencil mark. The result is your ring size measurement.

Wrap a piece of thin string around the widest part of your index finger -avoid using string that's made from overly stretchy material.

Wrap the string around the finger, keeping it snug but not too tight. Make a mark with a pen where the ends of the string overlap.

Lay the string flat, then use a ruler to measure from one end of the string to the marked point.

Compare this measurement with the ring size chart to find the corresponding size.
